My insights are shaped by over 25 years of national and international B2B experience.  I'm a qualified Chartered Marketer (CMKtr), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), and a SOSTAC® Certified Planner.  My background spans B2B sales, business development, project management, customer collaboration, insight and training.

My understanding of both sales and marketing functions is my superpower!  I have profound respect and empathy for frontline teams; I recognise their unique challenges, frustrations and the constant pressure to generate high-quality leads, to increase revenue and to secure sustainable growth in today's rapidly changing, competitive, customer-driven markets.

I'm also an ILM-certified business mentor and I volunteer as a mentor on the UK Government's 'Help To Grow: Management Course', empowering SME leaders to achieve positive change for business and personal growth.
